My apologies to the three people who actually read my blog. School, work, and play are keeping me pretty busy but I wanted to let you know how I'm doing.
I'm still not a fan of Biology, but my teacher is from Venezuela and I don't mind listening to his accent three hours a week. Biology lab is cool. Our instructor is more about the process than the paperwork and actually teaches us how to do stuff instead of making the lab book do it. Plus, we get out of lab earlier.
Calculus is awesome!! I take it from Chuck Cummins who you can sometimes see teaching on UEN and he's even funnier in real life. AND I can actually do my homework instead of just using Carissa's as as "study guide." If you ever need a limit or a derivative of a function now, I could totally get it for you. LoL.
I just started my course on creating web pages, but I can already tell I'm going to be obsessed with it. It brings back memories of 4th grade working on a hyperstudio presentation about the 1994 Dream Team and having to save it to 7 floppy disks where I developed my love for graphic design. I'm most excited to actually learn HTML instead of using templates. I should get some websites up by December that I'll let you guys take a look at.
Lastly, the days draw closer to the Utah Child Care Professional Development Conference which I inherited back at the beginning of this year. I'm excited to see Dr. Harvey Karp, author of Happiest Baby on the Block and Happiest Toddler on the Block. I'm mostly excited to be involved in such an awesome and large event to see how my event planning skills are where they need to be at this point in my career.
That's all for me. Happy posting, everyone!!

New Coupon code to get 5% off of chegg book rental!!
Who wants to pay a wad of cash for textbooks? Not yours truly. I’m Chegging, baby.
Seriously, go to Chegg.com where you can rent textbooks rather than buy them. You’ll save between 65%-85%. Yes, I’m serious.
Just search for the books you need and order. Chegg ships them to you super fast and when your term ends you just ship them back for free. And guess what? They plant a tree for every book that’s rented. Pretty cool.
BUT – make sure you use this special promo code CC103872. You’ll get an extra 5% off your order. Type in the work "yolk", too, and you get free shipping. I'm just trying to hook y'all up with some extra cash!!
